EDENFRAME — Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy describes how EDENFRAME collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data that may be provided through the use of its website, services, and communications with its clients, prospects, and partners.
EDENFRAME acts as the data controller for the personal data collected in connection with its own activities.
EDENFRAME’s contact details are as follows:
EDENFRAME 2 APPARTEMENT IMPASSE DU MORNE 97233 SCHŒLCHER Martinique, France Email: edenframe.contact@gmail.com
For any questions relating to the processing of personal data or the exercise of rights provided for under applicable regulations, the data subject may contact EDENFRAME using the contact details provided above.
EDENFRAME processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French regulations relating to the protection of personal data.
2. Personal Data Collected
As part of its activities, EDENFRAME may collect different categories of personal data depending on how a person uses the website or interacts with EDENFRAME.
2.1. Data Provided Directly by the Individual
When a person contacts EDENFRAME or schedules an appointment with the studio, certain information may be requested, including:
First and last name;
Email address;
Telephone number, when requested in the form or service used;
Information voluntarily provided by the individual as part of their request or appointment;
Responses to any personalized questions provided during the appointment-booking process;
Any other information necessary to assess the request or prepare a service, where such information is voluntarily provided.
When an appointment is booked through Calendly, certain data is collected and processed as part of the booking process, including the name, email address, telephone number when requested, responses to personalized questions, and information relating to the appointment.
Depending on the configuration of the Calendly service used, certain technical data or information relating to integrations may also be processed, such as the time zone, device or browser information, IP address, or information necessary for integrated services.
If EDENFRAME activates features in the future allowing appointments to be paid through Calendly, certain payment-related information may also be processed in accordance with the terms applicable to the relevant service.
2.2. Browsing Data
When a person visits the EDENFRAME website, certain technical or statistical information may be automatically collected by the tools used to operate, secure, and analyze the website.
EDENFRAME may use Framer Analytics to obtain statistical information relating to website usage.
Depending on its configuration and the features made available by Framer, Framer Analytics may provide information relating to:
Visits and unique visitors;
Pages viewed;
Traffic sources;
Countries and approximate geographic information;
Devices used;
Browsers;
Operating systems;
UTM campaign data, where present;
Configured conversions or events, where available.
This information is used for statistical purposes to measure website traffic, understand how the website is used, and improve its performance.
Framer states that its integrated Analytics tool does not rely on cookies and does not generate persistent identifiers allowing individual visitors to be tracked. The data provided through the Analytics dashboard is designed to be anonymized.
The applicability of any exemption from prior consent for audience-measurement technologies depends on the actual configuration and use of the relevant service and on the conditions applicable under French regulations.
2.3. Data Received from Third Parties
Certain data may also be processed by technical service providers used by EDENFRAME, particularly where they provide services necessary for appointment scheduling, website hosting, website analytics, or other website functions.
EDENFRAME endeavors to limit the collection of personal data to information necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data collected by EDENFRAME is processed only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
Depending on the nature of the relevant processing activity, data may be used to:
Respond to contact and information requests;
Organize and manage appointments scheduled with EDENFRAME;
Assess project requests and prepare services;
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts;
Perform and monitor services;
Communicate with clients, prospects, partners, and service providers in connection with projects; Handle invoicing, payments, and administrative monitoring of services;
Comply with EDENFRAME’s applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
Ensure the security, operation, and maintenance of the website;
Measure and analyze website usage for statistical purposes, where applicable.
Personal data processing may, depending on its purpose, rely on different legal bases provided by the GDPR, including:
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, where processing is necessary to prepare for or perform a service requested by a client or prospect.
Compliance with a legal obligation, where EDENFRAME is required to process certain data in order to comply with its legal obligations, particularly accounting, tax, or administrative obligations.
EDENFRAME’s legitimate interests, where processing is necessary for the management and protection of its business, improvement of its services, security of its systems, or defense of its rights, subject to respect for the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
Consent, where required by applicable regulations, particularly for certain processing activities involving cookies or similar technologies.
Where consent is required, EDENFRAME requests consent before activating the relevant optional service or technology.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the Cookie Settings mechanism made available on the website.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
EDENFRAME does not process personal data for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected, except where permitted or required by applicable regulations.
4. Calendly and Third-Party Services
EDENFRAME uses services provided by third-party providers to provide certain features necessary for its activities and website.
The EDENFRAME website notably integrates Calendly, an online appointment-scheduling service allowing visitors to select an available time slot and provide the information necessary to organize an appointment.
4.1. Calendly Appointment Data
When a person uses the appointment-scheduling feature, the information entered during the appointment-booking process may be processed by Calendly in accordance with the terms and privacy policy applicable to that service.
Information provided through Calendly may notably be used by EDENFRAME to:
Organize and manage the appointment;
Communicate with the relevant individual;
Prepare for a discussion or project request;
Manage the relationship with the client or prospect.
Depending on the configuration of the form and features used, Calendly may process:
First and last name;
Email address;
Telephone number, when requested;
Responses to personalized questions;
Date, time, and type of appointment selected;
Time zone;
Certain technical data such as IP address, browser, or device used;
Information necessary for integrations used by EDENFRAME, such as calendar, video-conferencing, or customer relationship management services;
Payment-related information where a paid appointment feature is activated.
4.2. Calendly Cookies and Consent
The Calendly integration used by EDENFRAME may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the operation of the service and certain of its features.
To control technologies that require prior consent under applicable regulations, EDENFRAME uses its own consent-management mechanism.
Calendly is not loaded on the website before the visitor has authorized the relevant category of optional technologies.
When the visitor refuses optional technologies, or subsequently withdraws their authorization for Calendly, the Calendly component is disabled and is not automatically reloaded.
The visitor may modify or withdraw their preferences at any time through the Cookie Settings mechanism available on the website.
When consent is withdrawn, EDENFRAME prevents subsequent loading of the Calendly integration unless and until the visitor provides consent again.
The withdrawal of consent by EDENFRAME’s consent-management mechanism does not necessarily allow EDENFRAME to delete cookies or other technologies that may already have been stored by Calendly on the visitor’s device, particularly where those technologies are controlled by Calendly or associated with a third-party domain. EDENFRAME nevertheless prevents the subsequent loading of the Calendly integration unless the relevant consent is provided again.
Calendly may independently process certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy, terms, and data-protection obligations. Depending on the processing activity, Calendly may act as a separate or independent data controller.
EDENFRAME does not request, through its Calendly integration, personal data that would not be necessary for organizing the appointment or processing the request.
4.3. Other Third-Party Services
Third-party services used by EDENFRAME may process certain personal data on behalf of EDENFRAME or act as separate data controllers, depending on the nature of the service provided.
EDENFRAME selects the third-party services used as part of its activities with the aim of complying with applicable personal-data protection requirements.
The use of third-party services may result in data being processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such processing is governed in accordance with the requirements set forth by the GDPR.
5. Framer Analytics, Cookies and Similar Technologies
The EDENFRAME website is hosted and operated using services provided by technical service providers, including Framer.
EDENFRAME may use Framer Analytics, Framer’s integrated analytics tool, to measure and analyze website traffic and usage and to improve its performance.
Depending on the features available and the configuration of the service, Framer Analytics may provide statistical information relating to:
Visits and unique visitors;
Pages viewed; Traffic sources;
Countries and approximate geographic information;
Devices used;
Browsers;
Operating systems;
UTM campaign data;
Configured conversions or events, where available.
Framer states that Framer Analytics does not rely on cookies and does not generate persistent identifiers. Analytics data is designed to be anonymized and does not directly identify an individual.
Where the actual configuration and use of Framer Analytics satisfy the conditions for an applicable exemption under French regulations, prior consent may not be required for that specific audience-measurement processing.
This does not constitute a general exemption for all analytics, cookies, or similar technologies that may subsequently be added to the website.
5.1. Consent Categories
EDENFRAME’s consent-management mechanism distinguishes between essential technologies and optional categories.
Essential technologies
Technologies strictly necessary for the operation of the website or for maintaining the visitor’s consent preferences may be used without prior consent where permitted by applicable regulations.
EDENFRAME may store the visitor’s consent preferences locally on their device for the purpose of remembering the choices they have made. This mechanism is used to maintain the visitor’s consent choices and is not intended to track the visitor’s browsing activity.
Calendly
The Calendly appointment-scheduling integration is treated as an optional service requiring authorization where its cookies or similar technologies are subject to prior consent.
Calendly is therefore prevented from loading until the visitor has authorized the relevant category.
Audience measurement
The website may contain or use audience-measurement technologies depending on the services and configuration actually deployed by EDENFRAME.
Where prior consent is legally required, those technologies will be activated only after the visitor has provided the relevant consent.
Marketing
EDENFRAME does not currently identify a separate advertising or marketing-tracking service requiring activation through the website’s consent-management mechanism.
If such a service is introduced in the future, it will be subject to the applicable information and consent requirements before being activated where required.
5.2. Managing Consent Preferences
When visiting the EDENFRAME website, visitors may be presented with a consent-management interface allowing them to:
Accept all optional categories;
Refuse optional categories;
Manage individual preferences.
The visitor may subsequently access Cookie Settings to modify or withdraw previously given consent.
Refusing optional technologies does not prevent access to the website or to features that do not require the relevant optional technologies, except where a particular feature inherently depends on such a technology.
EDENFRAME does not condition access to its website on consent to optional technologies.
Cookies and similar technologies used by third-party services are subject to the conditions applicable to the relevant service and the consent choices made through EDENFRAME’s consent-management mechanism.
6. Recipients and Data Processors
Personal data collected by EDENFRAME may be accessible, to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to EDENFRAME as well as to service providers and third-party services used by EDENFRAME as part of its activities.
These recipients may include:
Technical service providers necessary for website hosting and operation;
Providers used for appointment scheduling and management;
Providers involved in EDENFRAME’s administrative, accounting, or financial management;
Technical service providers necessary for the security, maintenance, or improvement of EDENFRAME’s services;
EDENFRAME collaborators, partners, or service providers where their involvement is necessary to perform a service or manage a project.
EDENFRAME ensures that access to personal data is limited to persons and service providers who require it for the relevant purposes.
Where EDENFRAME uses a service provider acting as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR, EDENFRAME ensures that the provider offers sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of personal data and that the relevant processing activities are governed in accordance with applicable requirements.
Service providers and authorized persons with access to personal data are required to comply with applicable confidentiality and security obligations concerning the data they access.
EDENFRAME does not sell or rent the personal data of its clients, prospects, or visitors for commercial purposes.
7. Data Retention Period
EDENFRAME retains personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, except where a longer retention period is required or permitted by a legal obligation, the need to preserve EDENFRAME’s rights, or any other applicable provision.
Retention periods may notably be determined as follows:
Contact requests and prospects: data is retained for the period necessary to process the request and, where no business relationship is established, may be retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact with the relevant individual, unless earlier deletion is requested or otherwise required by law.
Clients: data necessary for managing the business relationship is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and may subsequently be archived for the period necessary to comply with EDENFRAME’s legal obligations and defend its rights.
Billing data and accounting documents: retained for the periods required by applicable laws and regulations.
Appointment data: information necessary to manage an appointment is retained for the period necessary to organize and follow up on the appointment and is subsequently deleted or archived in accordance with the purposes to which it relates.
Data relating to requests to exercise rights: may be retained for the period necessary to process the request and, where necessary, for the period allowing EDENFRAME to demonstrate compliance with its legal obligations.
Data used for statistical purposes: where retained in a form that allows an individual to be identified directly or indirectly, retention is limited to the period necessary for the relevant statistical purpose. Where data is truly anonymized, it may be retained in that form without a retention limitation under the GDPR.
Consent preferences: consent preferences may be retained for the period necessary to remember the visitor’s choices and demonstrate the management of consent, subject to applicable requirements concerning the retention of consent records.
At the end of the applicable retention periods, data is deleted, anonymized, or, where necessary and legally justified, retained in an archived form with restricted access.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, the purpose of the processing, and applicable legal obligations. EDENFRAME regularly reassesses the need to retain personal data and deletes or archives it when it is no longer necessary.
8. Transfers of Data Outside the European Union
Certain providers or services used by EDENFRAME may be established outside the European Union or may process certain personal data from a country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, EDENFRAME ensures that such transfers are carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements and benefit from an appropriate level of protection.
Depending on the circumstances, transfers may notably be based on:
An adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;
Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission;
Any other appropriate mechanism or safeguard recognized by applicable regulations.
Where EDENFRAME uses a provider whose services involve the transfer of data outside the European Union, EDENFRAME endeavors to verify that the provider has the necessary legal and technical mechanisms in place to govern such transfers.
Certain third-party services used by EDENFRAME may provide their own mechanisms for protecting international transfers.
Data subjects may obtain further information regarding the mechanisms applicable to the transfer of their data by contacting EDENFRAME using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Security
EDENFRAME implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data it processes against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other form of unauthorized processing.
The security measures implemented are adapted to the nature of the data processed, the purposes of the processing, and the risks that may affect the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
These measures may notably include:
Limiting access to personal data to persons or service providers who require such access;
Implementing appropriate authentication and access-control measures;
Securing equipment, accounts, and services used as part of EDENFRAME’s activities;
Protecting data during transmission where necessary;
Implementing measures to preserve the availability and integrity of data;
Appropriately managing service providers and third-party services that may access personal data;
Implementing backup or recovery measures where necessary.
EDENFRAME also ensures that access to personal data is limited to authorized persons and maintains security measures appropriate to evolving risks and technologies.
Despite the measures implemented, no computer system or data-transmission method can be considered completely free from risk. In the event of a security incident that may constitute a personal-data breach, EDENFRAME shall take appropriate measures in accordance with the obligations provided for under applicable regulations.
EDENFRAME periodically reassesses the security measures implemented in order to maintain a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with the processing activities carried out.
10. Rights of Data Subjects
In accordance with applicable personal-data protection regulations, data subjects have, subject to the conditions and limitations provided for by the GDPR and applicable French regulations, various rights concerning their personal data.
These rights notably include:
Right of access: to obtain confirmation that personal data concerning them is being processed and, where this is the case, to obtain access to such data and the information required by applicable regulations.
Right to rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure: to request the deletion of their personal data where the conditions provided for by applicable regulations are met.
Right to restriction of processing: to request that the use of their data be temporarily restricted in the situations provided for by the GDPR.
Right to object: to object to certain processing activities involving their personal data where the legal conditions for exercising this right are met.
Right to data portability: to receive, in the cases provided for by the GDPR, the personal data they have provided to EDENFRAME in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request its transmission to another data controller where technically possible.
Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
For cookies and similar technologies, consent may be withdrawn through the Cookie Settings mechanism available on the EDENFRAME website.
The exercise of these rights may be subject to the conditions, exceptions, and limitations provided for by the GDPR and other applicable legal provisions. Not all rights necessarily apply in the same way to every processing activity; their exercise depends in particular on the legal basis on which the relevant processing is based.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) where they believe that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations.
11. Exercising Rights and Contact Any person wishing to exercise any of the rights mentioned in this Privacy Policy may submit their request to EDENFRAME at the following email address:
edenframe.contact@gmail.com
To enable EDENFRAME to process the request under the best possible conditions, the data subject is invited to specify:
Their identity;
The purpose of their request;
The right they wish to exercise;
The information allowing the relevant data or processing activity to be identified, where necessary.
EDENFRAME may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the person making the request or to process the request, particularly where there is a reasonable doubt regarding their identity.
The exercise of rights is generally free of charge. However, reasonable fees may be charged under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations, particularly in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
EDENFRAME shall respond to requests as soon as possible and, in principle, within one month of receiving the request.
Where the complexity or number of requests justifies it, this period may be extended in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. In such cases, EDENFRAME shall inform the data subject of the extension and the reasons for it within the period provided for by applicable regulations.
If a person believes, after contacting EDENFRAME, that their rights have not been respected or that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations, they may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
EDENFRAME may modify or update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its activities, services, tools used, personal-data processing activities, or applicable regulations.
Any new version of this Privacy Policy shall be published on the EDENFRAME website and shall replace the previous version as of its publication date, unless otherwise stated.
Where the changes made are substantial and applicable regulations require it, EDENFRAME shall take the necessary measures to inform the relevant data subjects.
The date of the latest update shall be indicated at the beginning or end of this Privacy Policy in order to allow data subjects to identify the applicable version.
Data subjects are encouraged to regularly review this Privacy Policy in order to remain informed of any changes.
This Privacy Policy constitutes a document separate from EDENFRAME’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale and other contractual documents.
