1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy describes how EDENFRAME collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with its website, services, and communications with clients, prospects, and partners.
EDENFRAME acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with its own activities, including the management of contact requests, prospective projects, and appointments.
EDENFRAME's contact details are:
EDENFRAME
2 APPARTEMENT IMPASSE DU MORNE
97233 SCHŒLCHER
Martinique, France
Email: [email protected]
For questions concerning the processing of personal data or the exercise of rights under applicable regulations, individuals may contact EDENFRAME using the details above.
EDENFRAME processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data-protection legislation.
2. Personal Data Collected
The categories of personal data processed depend on how individuals interact with EDENFRAME and its services.
2.1. Data Provided Directly by Individuals
When an individual contacts EDENFRAME, requests information, discusses a project, or schedules an appointment, the following information may be collected where relevant:
First and last name;
Email address;
Telephone number, where requested;
Information voluntarily provided in a message or project request;
Answers to questions included in an appointment-booking form;
Appointment details, such as the selected date, time, and type of meeting;
Other information necessary to assess a request or prepare a service.
Individuals should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is specifically necessary and there is an appropriate legal basis for processing it.
2.2. Data Processed Through Cal.com
EDENFRAME uses Cal.com to provide an online appointment-booking feature.
When an individual chooses to use this feature, information submitted through the booking form may be processed to arrange and manage the appointment.
Depending on the fields configured for the booking form and the features used, this information may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, answers to booking questions, appointment details, and related information.
According to Cal.com's official Privacy Policy, its services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
The precise information processed depends on the booking configuration, the services used, and the interactions between the individual and Cal.com.
Cal.com processes booking information on behalf of the account holder when providing the scheduling service, as described in its Privacy Policy. Cal.com may also act as a separate data controller for processing activities relating to its own services, website, accounts, security, or legal obligations.
2.3. Data Received from Third Parties
Where necessary for EDENFRAME's activities, personal data may be processed through third-party services used to provide a requested service or manage a business relationship.
The categories of information involved depend on the service concerned and the individual's interactions with it.
EDENFRAME seeks to limit personal-data processing to information relevant to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
2.4. Information Not Collected Through Website Analytics
EDENFRAME does not currently use website analytics tools to measure visitor traffic or build statistical profiles of website visitors.
This statement concerns EDENFRAME's current website configuration and does not describe any independent processing that may be carried out by a third-party service when an individual directly visits that provider's own website.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
EDENFRAME processes personal data for specific and legitimate purposes, including:
Responding to contact and information requests;
Assessing project requests and preparing services;
Organizing and managing appointments;
Communicating with clients, prospects, partners, and service providers;
Preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts;
Performing and monitoring services;
Managing invoicing, payments, and administrative obligations;
Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
Maintaining the security and proper operation of its website and services;
Managing consent for the optional Cal.com booking integration.
Depending on the purpose concerned, processing may rely on one or more of the following legal bases under the GDPR:
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures
Processing may be necessary to respond to a request made by an individual before entering into a contract or to perform an existing contractual relationship.
Compliance with a legal obligation
Processing may be necessary to comply with applicable accounting, tax, administrative, or other legal requirements.
Legitimate interests
Processing may be necessary for EDENFRAME's legitimate business interests, such as managing its activities, protecting its rights, and maintaining the security of its systems, provided that these interests do not override the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned.
Consent
Where consent is legally required, EDENFRAME requests it before activating the relevant optional service or technology.
The Cal.com booking integration is blocked until the visitor expressly accepts its activation through the consent interface provided in the reservation area.
Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
EDENFRAME does not use the booking-consent mechanism to authorize unrelated website analytics or marketing technologies.
4. Cal.com Appointment Scheduling
EDENFRAME integrates Cal.com, an online appointment-scheduling service, into the reservation area of its website.
The integration allows visitors to view available appointment times and submit the information required to book a meeting.
Official information about Cal.com's data processing practices is available in Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
4.1. Information Processed During Booking
When an individual uses the booking feature, information submitted through the form may be processed by EDENFRAME and Cal.com to arrange and manage the appointment.
Depending on the booking form and the features used, this may include:
Name;
Email address;
Telephone number, where requested;
Answers to booking questions;
Selected appointment date and time;
Appointment type and related details;
Time-zone information;
Technical information processed by Cal.com in connection with the service.
The information actually requested depends on the booking form configured by EDENFRAME.
Cal.com may also process information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain its services, as described in its official Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the booking form is used by EDENFRAME for purposes related to the appointment and any associated project request.
4.2. Consent Before Loading Cal.com
The Cal.com integration is treated as an optional service.
Cal.com resources are not loaded by EDENFRAME's booking integration before the visitor expressly accepts the integration through the consent interface in the reservation area.
Before acceptance, the website does not intentionally load the Cal.com embed script or create the booking iframe.
The consent interface provides options to accept or refuse the integration. The visitor's choice is stored locally on their device so that the website can remember the decision.
The consent choice is retained for 180 days. Once that period expires, the choice is treated as no longer valid, and the booking integration remains blocked until the visitor provides a new acceptance.
A visitor who refuses consent can continue browsing the website. The Cal.com booking integration remains disabled.
The consent mechanism is specific to the Cal.com booking integration. It is not a general cookie-consent system for unrelated services.
4.3. Withdrawal of Consent
Visitors may change their decision through the consent-management control located in the reservation area.
If a visitor withdraws a previously granted acceptance:
The booking iframe is removed;
The integration is disabled;
The refusal is stored locally;
The page is reloaded to establish a clean browsing context;
The integration remains blocked after reloading until the visitor expressly accepts it again.
EDENFRAME's implementation is designed to prevent subsequent Cal.com resource requests after withdrawal.
This mechanism controls the loading of Cal.com through EDENFRAME's website. It does not, by itself, guarantee the deletion of information that Cal.com may already have received or retained.
The mechanism also does not guarantee the deletion of cookies or other storage that may already have been created by a third-party service outside EDENFRAME's direct control.
Any such information remains subject to the applicable provider's policies and the rights available under applicable data-protection law.
4.4. Cal.com's Own Processing
Cal.com publishes its own Privacy Policy describing the personal data it processes, its purposes, retention practices, subprocessors, international transfers, and data-subject rights.
When Cal.com processes booking information on EDENFRAME's instructions, it acts as a processor for that activity, according to its published Privacy Policy.
For other activities, Cal.com may act as a separate data controller.
Cal.com may use service providers and subprocessors to operate, secure, and support its services. The categories of these providers and their roles are described in Cal.com's official documentation.
EDENFRAME does not independently control all processing performed within Cal.com's infrastructure.
Individuals may contact EDENFRAME regarding information submitted through an EDENFRAME appointment form. Requests concerning processing carried out independently by Cal.com may also be directed to Cal.com using the contact details in its Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
EDENFRAME does not currently use a website analytics service or a marketing-tracking tool.
The website uses a local consent-management mechanism for the Cal.com booking integration.
5.1. Consent Preference Storage
The website stores the visitor's Cal.com consent choice locally on their device.
This storage allows the website to remember whether the visitor has accepted or refused the booking integration.
The consent record includes the choice and its expiration information. It is retained for 180 days, after which the website treats the consent as expired.
The local consent record is used to manage the visitor's choice. It is not intended to track browsing activity across websites.
5.2. Cal.com Resources
The Cal.com integration is blocked until the visitor accepts it.
After acceptance, the website may load the resources required to display the booking interface. At that point, Cal.com may process technical information or use storage technologies in accordance with the service's configuration and its own policies.
If the visitor refuses or withdraws consent, EDENFRAME disables the integration and prevents it from being loaded again unless a new acceptance is provided.
The consent interface is located within the reservation area. EDENFRAME does not provide a separate, site-wide analytics-consent interface because it does not currently use website analytics tools.
5.3. Managing Consent Preferences
Visitors may accept or refuse the Cal.com integration through the consent interface in the reservation area.
They may subsequently change their decision through the management control available in that same area.
Refusing the integration does not prevent access to the rest of the website.
The booking feature is unavailable while the integration remains blocked. Visitors may nevertheless contact EDENFRAME through the contact details published on the website.
6. Recipients and Data Processors
Personal data may be accessed by EDENFRAME and by third parties where necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Depending on the relevant activity, recipients may include:
Cal.com, for appointment scheduling and associated processing;
Service providers necessary for the operation and security of EDENFRAME's business;
Accounting, financial, or administrative service providers, where applicable;
Collaborators or partners who need the information to perform a service or manage a project;
Public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Access to personal data is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
Where a service provider acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, the applicable contractual and legal safeguards must govern the processing.
Certain providers may also act as independent data controllers for their own processing activities.
EDENFRAME does not sell or rent the personal data of its clients, prospects, or website visitors for commercial purposes.
7. Data Retention Period
EDENFRAME retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
Retention periods depend on the nature of the data, the purpose of processing, and applicable legal obligations.
Contact requests and prospects
Information is retained for the time necessary to respond to and manage the request. Where no business relationship is established, it may be retained for up to three years from the last contact, subject to applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the request.
Clients and contractual relationships
Information necessary to manage a business relationship is retained for the duration of the relationship and may subsequently be archived for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations or defend EDENFRAME's rights.
Accounting and billing records
Accounting documents and other records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Appointment information
Information necessary to arrange and follow up on an appointment is retained for the period required for those purposes and any associated contractual, administrative, or legal obligations.
Information processed by Cal.com is subject to the retention practices described in Cal.com's official Privacy Policy and the applicable arrangements governing the service.
Consent preferences
The local consent preference used by EDENFRAME is retained for 180 days. Once it expires, the integration remains blocked until a new acceptance is provided.
Requests concerning personal data
Information relating to a request to exercise data-protection rights may be retained for the time necessary to process the request and, where justified, to demonstrate compliance with applicable obligations.
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is deleted, anonymized, or archived with restricted access where there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so.
8. Transfers of Data Outside the European Union
Certain service providers may process personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Where EDENFRAME uses a provider whose services involve international transfers of personal data, those transfers must comply with the requirements of the GDPR.
Depending on the circumstances, the applicable safeguards may include:
An adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;
Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission;
Another transfer mechanism recognized by applicable data-protection law.
According to Cal.com's official Privacy Policy, Cal.com processes data in the United States and may use subprocessors that process data in other locations. Its published policy describes the transfer mechanisms it relies on, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses where appropriate.
The specific transfers applicable to a particular booking depend on the service and processing involved.
Individuals may request further information about the safeguards applicable to their personal data by contacting EDENFRAME or, where relevant, the provider concerned.
9. Data Security
EDENFRAME implements appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure, and other forms of unauthorized processing.
Measures are selected according to the nature of the data, the purposes of processing, and the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
These measures may include:
Restricting access to authorized persons;
Using appropriate authentication and access controls;
Securing accounts, devices, and services used for EDENFRAME's activities;
Protecting data during transmission where appropriate;
Maintaining the integrity and availability of information;
Managing access by relevant service providers;
Using backup and recovery measures where necessary.
No computer system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a personal-data breach occurs, EDENFRAME will assess the incident and take the measures required by applicable regulations.
10. Rights of Data Subjects
Under the GDPR and applicable French data-protection legislation, individuals may have the following rights, subject to the conditions and limitations provided by law:
Right of access
To obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed and, where applicable, to access that data and relevant information about its processing.
Right to rectification
To request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure
To request the deletion of personal data where the legal conditions for erasure are met.
Right to restriction of processing
To request the restriction of processing in the circumstances provided for by the GDPR.
Right to object
To object to certain processing activities where the legal conditions for exercising this right are met.
Right to data portability
To receive personal data they have provided to EDENFRAME in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or to request its transmission to another controller, where the conditions provided for by the GDPR are met.
Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on consent, individuals may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
For the Cal.com booking integration, consent may be withdrawn using the management control in the reservation area.
Not all rights apply to every processing activity. Their availability depends on the applicable legal basis and the circumstances of the processing.
Individuals may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) if they believe that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations.
11. Exercising Rights and Contact
Individuals wishing to exercise their data-protection rights may contact EDENFRAME at:
To help EDENFRAME process a request, individuals should indicate:
Their identity;
The purpose of the request;
The right they wish to exercise;
Any information necessary to identify the relevant data or processing activity.
EDENFRAME may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the person making the request.
The exercise of rights is generally free of charge. Fees may be charged only where permitted by applicable law, including in certain cases involving manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
EDENFRAME will respond as soon as possible and, in principle, within one month of receiving the request. Where the complexity or number of requests justifies an extension, EDENFRAME will inform the individual within the period required by the GDPR.
For data processed independently by Cal.com, individuals may also contact Cal.com through the contact details provided in its official Privacy Policy.
If an individual believes that their rights have not been respected, they may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
EDENFRAME may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its activities, services, personal-data processing practices, or applicable regulations.
The revised version will be published on the EDENFRAME website and will replace the previous version from its publication date, unless otherwise stated.
Where changes are substantial and applicable law requires it, EDENFRAME will take appropriate measures to inform the individuals concerned.
The date of the latest update appears at the beginning of this document.
This Privacy Policy is separate from EDENFRAME's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and other contractual documents.
